  1. Free 15-Minute Consultation: Before your lesson, we'll have a brief call to discuss your goals and objectives for the session. This conversation helps me tailor the lesson to your specific needs.

  2. One-Hour On-Court Lesson in Newport, RI: Our on-court session takes place in the scenic setting of Newport, Rhode Island. During this hour, we'll focus on improving your tennis skills while emphasizing the mind-body connection.

  3. Post-Lesson Write-Up: Following our lesson, you'll receive a personalized document summarizing your performance. This write-up will highlight your strengths, areas for improvement, and include mental and physical exercises you can practice at home.

When you join me for an on-court lesson, you can expect a holistic coaching experience:

  • Pre-Lesson Consultation: Our journey begins with a phone call where we delve into your current emotions, mental game, and physical strengths and weaknesses. This helps us pinpoint areas for improvement.

  • Structured On-Court Session: The on-court lesson commences with a dynamic warm-up routine inspired by collegiate practices. We'll closely observe your strokes and footwork, tailoring the lesson to address and enhance your specific skills. Yogic breathwork will be integrated to improve your focus.

  • Personalized Post-Lesson Analysis: Within three days of our session, you'll receive a personalized write-up. This document will outline our observations, the areas we worked on, and an analysis of your current performance and what you need to do to improve. Additionally, you'll receive suggestions for at-home exercises to refine both your mental and physical game.
